Terms of Service for BrainBlocks

Welcome to BrainBlocks! By downloading, installing, or using the BrainBlocks application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

1. Description of Service

BrainBlocks (developed by Durgesh Vaigandla at CSEdge) is fundamentally a puzzle game that incorporates a secondary, secure "Private Space" feature. The App is provided "as is," and is designed to operate completely offline on your local device.

2. No Cloud Backup & Data Loss Liability

Because the App operates 100% offline and prioritizes your privacy, we do not sync, upload, or backup your files or PINs.

  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for remembering your Private Space PIN.
  • No Recovery: We physically do not have access to your data or your PIN. We cannot reset your PIN or recover your files if you forget your password, lose your device, clear the app data, or uninstall the App.
  • Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall CSEdge, Durgesh Vaigandla, or the developers of BrainBlocks be liable for any data loss, corruption, or inability to access files stored within the App. You use the Private Space at your own risk.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BrainBlocks in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. You agree not to:

  • Use the App to store, conceal, or distribute illegal content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

4. Privacy & Permissions

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy. The App requests minimal system permissions and utilizes Android's native secure components (like the Photo Picker) to respect your device's security boundaries.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its original content, features, gameplay mechanics, and design, are and will remain the exclusive property of CSEdge.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Because the app is strictly local, termination simply means revoking your license to use the software.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
